Groundworker - Entry Level

Experience

: 3 to 6 Months

Duties

:

Assist with manual excavation, trenching, and site setup

Handle materials and equipment under supervision

Receive support and training on site

Requirements

:

CSCS card

Full UK driving licence

Own transport

Willingness to travel in South East England

Experienced Groundworker

Experience

: 6 Months to 3 Years

Duties

:

Conduct ducting, drainage, kerbing, and concreting

Follow plans independently and complete tasks efficiently

Support site operations across multiple locations

Requirements

:

CSCS card

Full UK driving licence

Own transport

Experience across civil works in Hampshire/Kent/Surrey/West Sussex

Groundwork Supervisor / Lead Operative

Experience

: 3+ Years

Duties

:

Lead teams and oversee site coordination

Ensure health & safety and quality compliance

Operate machinery and manage project progress

Requirements

:

CSCS card

360 Machine Licence

Full UK driving licence

Own transport

Proven leadership across multiple groundworks sites
