Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a

360 Excavator

for a variety of tasks, including excavation, trenching, and lifting operations. Carry out groundwork duties, including

digging

,

grading

, and

site preparation

. Work closely with site managers and groundworks teams to ensure all activities are carried out efficiently and according to project plans. Perform daily inspections of the 360 excavator to ensure it is in safe working condition. Maintain high safety standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist with other general groundworks tasks as required on-site. Complete site reports, record machinery usage, and any issues encountered during operations. Ensure materials are handled correctly and in a safe manner during excavation and lifting tasks.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience operating a

360 Excavator

(essential). Valid

360 Excavator CPCS/NPORS

(or equivalent) ticket is a must. A valid

CSCS card

is required. Previous experience in

groundworks

or similar construction roles. Strong understanding of construction site safety and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills for reporting and liaising with other site teams. A valid driving license is an advantage.
