Groundworker / General Operative

Various Sites - You should ideally be based in Burnley or Padiham

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Rate Dependent on Experience

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Groundworker / General Operative to join our team on modular construction projects across multiple sites. This role involves various groundwork & labour tasks.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

Solid experience in groundwork/general site duties

Own boots and work trousers (PPE such as orange hi-vis, hard hat, gloves provided)

Duties Will Include:

General groundwork around modular buildings

Site preparation, levelling, digging, compacting

Supporting trades and ensuring site cleanliness

Assisting with deliveries and material handling
