Essential Role Requirements

Competent, all-round Groundworker with strong multi-skill capability Confident in all external works, including

slabs, kerbs, edgings, and kerb brace installation

Skilled in

domestic and road drainage

, including preparation of safe, level working areas for setting site stack and installations Able to install and prepare

square pads and mesh

as part of foundations and external setups Capable of digging footings and assisting with concrete works Confident working with and

banking 360 machines and Dumpers

Able to read, understand, and work to levels, lines, and drawings Competent in carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections (including Dumpers/Rollers), and reporting service needs promptly to site management Experienced working around

live services

, with strong service-avoidance awareness Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively on fast-paced sites

Desirable

Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets, with experience operating Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers, or other site plant 5+ years experience in groundwork or external works Experience working in productive gangs/teams--highly desirable for this role
