Groundworks Gangs Required - Civil & Housing Projects (Cornwall)
We are currently looking for experienced and reliable groundworks gangs to work on ongoing civil engineering and residential housing projects across Cornwall.
This is long-term work with immediate and upcoming start dates available.
Scope of Works
Plot foundations and oversites
Drainage and services
Substructures
Kerbing, externals and general civils
Site infrastructure works
Requirements
Proven experience in groundworks and/or civil engineering
CSCS cards required (all operatives)
CPCS or NPORS tickets for plant operators
Strong understanding of health & safety
Ability to work to programme and quality standards
Preferred
3-man gangs or larger (e.g. 360 operator + groundworkers)
Own tools and transport
Previous experience on housing developments or civils projects
