Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Groundworker with valid machine tickets to join our team at Outdoor Home Improvements Ltd. This role is crucial in supporting our various outdoor projects, including groundwork for artificial grass installations and resin paving. You will be part of a skilled team committed to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and execution of groundwork for outdoor projects. Support the installation of artificial grass and resin paving. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in groundwork or construction is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
