Venom Contractors Ltd are looking for an experienced
Working Foreman
to lead works on a
Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO)
project.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage men on the ground while still getting stuck in themselves.
The Role
Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a CSO scheme
Supervising gangs and subcontractors
Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
Liaising with site management, engineers, and utilities
Maintaining high standards of H&S, quality, and productivity
Completing basic site paperwork and reporting progress
Requirements
Street Works (NRSWA) ticket - essential
Strong background in
civils, drainage, and sewer works
Proven experience working as a
Working Foreman / Ganger / Supervisor
Ability to lead by example on site
Good understanding of RAMS and site safety
Full UK driving licence
Desirable (Not Essential)
SSSTS or SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Temporary Works awareness
Confined Spaces (Medium/High Risk)
