The Role
As the Group Account Director, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of key B2B clients while driving new business growth. You'll act as a strategic partner, building strong, consultative relationships, developing high-impact marketing strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns that exceed expectations.
This is a highly commercial and hands-on role for someone who loves combining strategy with action, a natural relationship builder who thrives on achieving targets and seeing tangible results.
What You'll Do
Lead, manage, and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
Identify, pitch, and win new business opportunities
Build long-term client relationships at senior levels
Spot and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Consistently exceed revenue and performance targets
Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
Stay ahead of market and digital trends to drive client success
