Are you ready to make a real impact across a global group of companies and help shape the future of finance?

Sperry Marine is a leading supplier of navigation, communication, information, and automation systems for commercial marine and naval markets. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, we have an extensive international presence across Europe, the Americas and Asia, employing almost 400 people across ten countries.

You'll be integral to month-end and year-end closing and reporting cycles, as well as supporting technical accounting, policy development, and business initiatives that enhance financial insight and decision-making.

Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with regional finance and commercial teams to ensure group policies and processes are effective locally. Your strong technology skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail will make you the go-to expert for optimising systems and reducing friction in financial processes across the group.

Technical Skills:

Strong Excel proficiency and ability to adapt quickly to ERP systems (IFS experience is a plus)

Solid IFRS experience; US GAAP knowledge is an advantage

Global Mindset:

Experience working with international teams, often with colleagues for whom English is not the first language is a plus
