We have a fantastic opportunity available for a full time Accounts Assistant to join our team based at Porsche Centre Bristol!


Working as part of the Dick Lovett Financial accounting team, the successful candidate will become an integral part of the department with their strong attention to detail and ability to manage a range of tasks in a methodical way, contributing directly to the success of the team.


In this role, you would be processing accounting information for all of the brands that Dick Lovett represent, including Porsche, BMW, Aston Martin, Land Rover and MINI, so if you are looking for an opportunity to work for iconic brands and join a fantastic team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice processing: Receive, verify, code, and process incoming invoices. Payment management: Authorise and process payments to suppliers via BACS or cheque. Account reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements with the purchase ledger to identify and resolve any discrepancies. Inquiry handling: Deal with purchase-related queries from internal departments and external suppliers. Expense management: Process staff expenses and credit card transactions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Experience of working as an Accounts Assistant is preferred for this role. Ability to demonstrate transferable skills would be acceptable in a detailed cover letter. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent numerical and data-handling skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work methodically and manage a high volume of data. Able to reliably commute to our office in Cribbs Causeway Bristol.

Porsche Centre Bristol is located a short distance from the M5 motorway at Junction 17 and is commutable from Bristol City Centre and surrounding areas in the South West of England.
