Overview



The role is responsible for producing and maintaining accurate sales invoice records across multiple group entities and ensuring timely cash collection. You will play a crucial part in strengthening group-wide cash flow and contributing to efficient financial operations and ultimately the growth of the Group.

Responsibilities



Accounts Receivable Duties



Process and issue sales invoices across all group entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery within set KPIs. Maintain customer accounts & records, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments. Prepare and send customer statements. Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to invoices or payments. Manage credit control activities, including chasing late payments and escalating issues when required. Ensure consistency of AR processes and data across all entities.

Cash & Reconciliation Duties



Reconcile customer receipts daily and allocate payments correctly. Maintain aged debt reports and highlight risks or concerns to management.

General Finance Support



Assist with onboarding new customers, including credit checks and account setup. Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as needed.

Skills & Experience



Essential:



Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control. Strong understanding of invoicing, credit management, and AR reconciliation. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence when dealing with customers. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Desirable:



Experience working within a group of companies. Familiarity with accounting systems such as Sage, Xero, NetSuite, or equivalent.
