Summary



This role is primarily responsible for administrative support for the Group. You will assist with the day-to-day activities and maintain accurate information and databases. The Group Administrator will work as part of an effective team to maintain high customer satisfaction and promote excellent business relations.

Responsibilities



Maintain a level of excellence when interacting with the customer base and the Palletways Member Depots via phone and email in a positive, empathetic and professional manner. Coordinate with colleagues in relation to receiving customer complaints and actively assist with the investigation process to conclusion. Build strong relationships with customers / suppliers and other Palletways depots seeking a mutually beneficial partnership. Take ownership and understand your responsibilities and how these contribute to the success of the customer, team, and wider business. Remain open minded to provide bespoke solutions for tasks that fall outside of standard practice. Responsible for the management of the inbound and outbound ADR process, maintaining a balance between commercial benefits and positive relationships with other Palletways depots. Handle and clear all outstanding ADRs submitted against H&M Depots and report any imbalances to the line manager on ADR's raised on the portal system on a weekly basis. Maintain an understanding of all operational policies and procedures to provide communication updates to colleagues with respect to network changes. Daily entry of customer orders into Palletways Portal as per the account specific specifications, ensuring to book-in all orders accordingly where specified. Responsible for managing depot exceptions and the price adjustment of customer orders entered incorrectly, ensuring to provide a detailed summary to the customer. Maintain knowledge of the Quality Management systems (ISO9001) and collate and record customer-based issues on the Non-Conformance Discrepancy Log, ensuring coordination of problem resolution to completion. Work as part of a team with the other Administrators and Account Coordinators and transport team through active knowledge sharing to optimize customer relations and provide a seamless cross functional approach between teams. Handle all work in a professional manner to current company values and expectations. Facilitate methods for recording customer satisfaction via surveys or other feedback channels to provide depots or SLT with a summary based on factual data. Continually review current practices and procedures aiming to utilise technology to improve / streamline work process outputs across the business.

Requirements



1+ years working in transportation management or logistics. Excellent communication skills. Superb time management and organisational skills. Penchant for problem solving. Natural communicator. Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Salary Range :

27,333.89 per year

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / 9am - 5pm rotation

40 hours including 30 minute paid break per day.
