What you'll do:

Lead and support

multiple catering teams

across a group of school sites. Ensure

high standards

of food quality, service, and compliance (health, safety, food safety, allergen legislation). Build and maintain

trusted client relationships

at every site. Drive financial performance -- managing

budgets, labour, and stock

. Support site managers with

recruitment, training, performance, and development

. Deliver consistently strong

Safeguard audit results

and uphold Sodexo's compliance standards. Identify

growth opportunities

and promote Sodexo initiatives to increase uptake. Provide cover where required and support new contract mobilisations.

What you bring:

Experience managing

multi-site operations

. Proven skills in

recruiting, developing, and leading teams

. High standards of food production and service delivery. Ability to

communicate at all levels

in a professional and approachable way. Experience working in a

compliance-driven environment
