Coach, develop, and lead teams

to maximise productivity and performance

Manage and report on the region's P&L

Take proactive measures

to address underperformance and deliver sustained results

About You:

We're seeking a proven leader who can bring energy, commercial insight, and a track record of success, with:

Experience leading high-performing teams

in estate agency or a similar fast-paced, customer focused sector
