Eastern Education Group - All sites within the Eastern Region 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: 36,124 - 39,513 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Actual Salary: 33,023 - 36,121 per annum
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Group Careers Coordinator to coordinate and deliver a high-quality careers guidance across all of our Eastern Education Group sites. This is a varied and impactful role, supporting the Group Head of Careers Guidance Services, curriculum teams, engaging with employers, and helping students make informed decisions about their futures.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 6 qualification in Career Guidance and Development. You will have strong communication skills and experience delivering 1:1 and group guidance, ideally within an education setting to a range of audiences. Experience in coordinating or managing careers activities or events in a college or school environment would be an advantage.
