This newly created role will report to the Director of IT, Infrastructure & Info-Sec and responsible for driving organisational change, fostering a culture of innovation.


Viewed at Lantern as a separate discipline to project management, you'll have opportunity to engage across the whole lifecycle of continuous improvement strategies, working with key stakeholders and delivering the change cycle, impact assessments and where appropriate identifying training solutions to ensure wider teams deliver the changes effectively.


You'll demonstrate proven experience in developing a critical understanding of existing and new business strategies and processes which inform your approaches to delivering appropriate and fit for purpose technological and operational change. You'll act as a champion for change, guiding teams and individuals through transitions and ensuring the successful adoption of new approaches.

Responsibilities



You'll create and execute plans to drive organisational change, including identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for adoption, partnering with key stakeholders to effectively transform and shape customer and client experiences through technological advancement, enhanced engagement strategies and day to day operational activities You'll develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ISO27001 standards. You'll ensure successful end-to-end delivery from concept to benefits realisation. You'll identify potential areas for innovation and improvement, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making. You'll partner with key stakeholders to effectively transform and shape customer and client experiences through technological advancement, enhanced engagement strategies and day to day operational activities You'll drive changes that improve service within budget and minimise risk, developing commercially focused business cases, manage budgets, and ensure benefits realisation. You'll bring a pragmatic approach to change, developing tools and processes appropriate to how you approach a change project but without compromise to the pace of delivery. Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
