As Group Chef at Incipio Group, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our food strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring consistency across our unique, individually branded venues. This is a hands on leadership role where creativity meets operational excellence from menu design and GP management to mentoring and developing our kitchen teams.
We're looking for a highly motivated leader with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within high volume, elevated dining environments across London. You'll bring a positive, problem solving mindset, a passion for great food, and the ability to inspire and grow those around you.
You'll need strong knowledge of systems and processes, from food safety compliance to invoice reconciliation and stock control, alongside the creativity to deliver exciting, seasonal menus that showcase the best ingredients and ideas.
What you'll be getting up to:
Lead seasonal menu changes and create new concepts, recipes, and projects that elevate our food offering.
Collaborate with our Head Chefs and Head of Food on menu development for new openings and concepts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high quality ingredients and great service.
Check quality and consistency of food in our venues, ensuring recipes and specifications are followed.
Deliver training sessions for kitchen teams to roll out new menus and dishes.
Provide hands on support during peak seasons, launches, and key events.
Conduct weekly standards audits to monitor food safety, food quality, and kitchen administration.
Drive labour and margin control, consistently working to exceed budget and forecast targets.
Champion Incipio values and culture by promoting development, engagement, and opportunity across our kitchens.
Mentor and support our chefs, helping them refine their leadership skills and grow in their careers.

Who you'll be:
Level 3 Food Safety certified.
Level 2 Health and Safety certified.
Relevant experience of at least 3 years. This could be as a Group Chef, Executive Chef or an experienced Head Chef of high volume premium venues.
Experienced in opening new businesses, sourcing suppliers, and driving concept development from idea to launch.
A naturally positive person, with a problem solving mindset and a love of finding solutions.
Resilient under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
A clear and confident communicator, able to work effectively with chefs, suppliers, and stakeholders across the group.
Supportive and able to provide calm, reactive support when needed.
Fun, energetic, and a natural fit for Incipio's culture of creativity and collaboration.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
