We are looking to recruit a HEAD CHEF to lead our inspired kitchen teams.

HEAD CHEF POSITION



(Permanent, Full Time position, Workplace pension)

As a team member your duties will include:

- Designing, preparing and presenting dishes for the menu

- Assisting and working under the control of the group chef

- Ensure that stocktaking and stock control procedures are followed

- Comply with the highest standards of food hygiene at all times

- Work to the guidelines of the Health and Safety directive

- Communicating with managers and colleagues

You must be approachable with a confident and positive manner, have a passion for learning and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our customers experience outstanding service.

A minimum of two years' experience is essential, and references must be provided

Competitive rates of pay for the right candidate!



Salaried positions start from 37,500.00 for a head chef (plus a share of the gratuities, circa 9,000.00 extra per annum) with overtime paid pro-rate to salary.

6-month performance related salary review.
