Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function - Barratt Partnerships.

Reporting to the Group Business Systems Manager, you will be providing support to all of the Barratt Redrow groups operating Divisions.
This is a diverse role supporting all of the Group Commercial team on data analysis, software system testing ensuring adherence to Group policies, processes, and procedures.
Provide assistance to the Group Commercial team to maintain information in the Commercial operating system, COINS; BoQ Resources
Assist the Group Commercial Business Systems Managers in software testing, developing and reviewing Commercial test scripts, producing configuration documentation for system roll-outs, providing release notes suitable for intended audiences and production of training documentation in support of software deployment.
Aid the Group Surveying Managers with a diverse range of system related support tickets, Including identification and diagnosis of divisional issues and liaising with external suppliers to resolve e.g. COINS support and consultancy teams.
Represent Group Commercial where appropriate in meetings or on Teams calls related to projects or business as usual activity.
Carry out business analysis of cost data and reporting statistical information to the senior management team.
Provide general departmental administration duties and administrative support as and when required.
Engage with the business on key topics relating to the data analysis and subsequent data management.
Support the Group Commercial team with periodic and ad-hoc cost reporting.
Ability to develop system expertise to support the Group Commercial team with software project deployments.
Maintain relevant filing systems and databases.
What you'll need?
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:
Experience in IT systems is advantageous, particularly COINS, providing examples of effective utilisation.
Strong numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret and present cost data analyses to senior management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Methodical approach, combining meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organisational skills to consistently deliver high-quality results.
Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building effective relationships both internally and externally.
Self-directed in workload management within a team setting, exhibiting autonomy and prioritisation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Azure Dev Ops, IT Support Ticketing Software and Power BI.
Must hold a full, clean Driver's License, as regular travel to divisional offices and construction sites may be required.
