What you'll be doing?




Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function - Barratt Partnerships.

While the work varies from team to team, our key requirements don't: you must be well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative. You'll understand that what you do is important, and impacts on your team, the department, and the wider business.

The Group Construction and SHE Information Administrator will assist the Group Construction and SHE Administrator in managing and analysing data from various sources to enable the Group to focus resources and develop strategy to continuously improve the performance across the business.



You will be expected to:
Review data inputs from various sources, e.g Accident/Incident data, internal assurance inspections and audits, drug and alcohol testing data, NHBC Key Stage Inspections and Construction Quality Reviews (CQR's) and any actions arising Retain an overview of logincident (Barratt Redrow's incident reporting platform) and review that the system is maintained, providing data where required on trends or compliance Produce monthly Construction and SHE Performance reports and ad-hoc reports as requested, ensuring that reports are cross checked for accuracy Maintain a record of NHBC CQR's for the Group and track close out of the reports Liaise with Group Finance function to provide information for business reporting Support with HBF Statistical Submissions. Track agreed metrics/KPIs for Construction and SHE Central contact for report queries from the business on Construction or SHE matters Respond to ad-hoc enquiries for data/analysis.
