Salary:

90,000 - 95,000 + 5,650 car allowance + up to 30% bonus + family health care + bens

Location:

Holborn - hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or remote location

This is your chance to shape the end-to-end mobile experience for one of the UK's most loved hospitality brands. From discovery to booking to in-stay services, you'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our app -- making it a seamless, intuitive, and indispensable part of our guests' journeys.

You'll be at the helm of a cross-functional powerhouse of Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analysts, driving innovation and delivering real impact. This is a high-profile, high-impact role with the autonomy to make bold decisions and the support to bring them to life.



What you'll be doing:



Lead development of the vision and roadmap for our mobile app, aligning it with commercial, operational, and customer goals. Inspire and guide a team of talented product professionals to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Drive performance through data-led decision-making, experimentation, and continuous iteration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Engagement, and more to bring ideas to life. Champion the customer, using insights and research to solve real problems and create real value. Shape the future of product operations, discovery, and delivery at scale.

A mobile app that guests love -- and return to. Tangible growth in app adoption, engagement, and revenue. A high-performing, empowered product team delivering at pace. Clear, measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you bring:



Proven experience leading mobile-first product strategies in high-growth consumer tech. Deep understanding of travel tech trends, app growth, and digital customer journeys. Expertise in conversion optimisation, personalisation, and retention. Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset. A passion for great design, simplicity, and solving real user problems. Experience managing multiple product lines and mentoring PMs at all levels.
