A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Group Director of Corporate Communications to join our innovative business.

The Group Director of Communications is responsible for managing and directing kp\xc2\xb4s internal and external communications and public relations. The incumbent develops and executes communication strategies aligned with the company strategy and may serve as the key spokesperson and media contact for the organization. The role communicates kp\'s corporate culture; owns corporate identity and brand management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and distributes narratives on Company Strategy and Transformation via multiple channels to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
  • Managing the creation and cascade leadership communications and corporate communications materials
  • Maintaining and strengthening brand integrity across all platforms
  • Management of media relations, key social media platforms and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders
  • Leading the global communications team, cross-functional working teams as well as external agencies
  • Tracking engagement across various platforms and making data-driven decisions
  • Representing the company at international industry events and conferences
  • Creating budget for communications team and ensuring compliance
  • Development of and ensuring of company-wide adherence to global communication standards and processes

Profile
  • Strong leadership, decision making and advisory skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A self-motivated individual and a problem solver who takes pride in delivering high quality work
  • A \xe2\x80\x9cdoer\xe2\x80\x9d with excellent prioritizing and organizational skills, who excels at multitasking when handling different projects simultaneously
  • A professional who successfully meets clear deadlines, offers solutions and develops systems for efficiency
  • An experienced project manager, experienced with planning and executing milestones for multiple projects in parallel
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally as required
  • Strong effective content creation skills
  • Attention to details and ability to utilize several organizational tools and apps
Skills& Experience
  • Native English speaker
  • 10 years of solid leadership experience in B2B communications preferably with experience in Sustainability
