We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Group Exercise Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness training, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead engaging workout sessions, provide personalised guidance, and foster a positive environment that encourages physical activity and well-being.

Responsibilities

Conduct group fitness classes and personal training sessions tailored to various skill levels. Assess clients' fitness levels and develop customised workout plans that align with their individual goals. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants maintain safe practices during workouts. Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and feedback to clients throughout their fitness journey. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry. Maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe for use. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive wellness programme for clients.

Skills

Strong background in sports coaching or teaching, with the ability to effectively communicate instructions and motivate participants. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe exercise practices and injury prevention. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to adapt workouts to meet the needs of individuals or groups while maintaining engagement and enthusiasm. Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 17.00-24.00 per hour
