The Role
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded
Group Finance Manager
to lead our finance functions across the group on either a part-time or full-time basis.
This is the first finance appointment within the business -- a unique opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up and help shape the future of our strategy and optimise performance.
You'll oversee all financial operations across both portfolio businesses, establish strong reporting and control frameworks, and work closely with the emerging leadership team to drive growth and profitability and be with us every step of the way and make sense of an evolving business network.

financial strategy
for the holding group and its subsidiaries.
Produce
monthly management accounts
and performance insights for leadership and investors across both business's
Create Manageable financial metrics to support manager accountability.
Lead
cash flow management
, ensuring efficient use of working capital across both businesses.
Build and refine
financial processes, systems, and controls
to support scaling operations.
Oversight and leading on Accounts payable/receivable functions across both business's as well as reconciliation.
Support decision-making through
financial modelling and scenario planning
(for new hires, product launches, and investments).
Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and other parties.
Partner with the CEO and business leads to influence commercial and operational decisions.
About You
We're looking for someone who's both
strategic and hands-on
-- capable of rolling up their sleeves to manage day-to-day finance while building for the future.
You'll bring:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in a
Finance Manager or Senior Finance role
Experience in
SaaS, recruitment, or other service-based sectors
Strong technical knowledge of accounting, reporting, and compliance (UK GAAP)
Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills to create data dashboards.
Confidence presenting to leadership and influencing strategy
Entrepreneurial mindset -- comfortable operating in a
fast-moving, multi-entity group environment that is growing its presence in the market.
