Group Financial Accountant - Effective Energy Group

This role is working for our parent company, Effective Energy Group, who stand at the forefront of the UK's energy efficiency and retrofit sector. We work in partnership with local authorities, housing providers, and commercial clients to deliver sustainable solutions that not only reduce carbon emissions but also enhance people's lives. You will support our growing finance team with accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and hands-on delivery. You will have the opportunity to be part of an evolving organisation in a dynamic sector and be based at our brand new Head Office in Leicester.

The Role

Prepare and analyse group financial statements Lead consolidation and statutory reporting Support audits and compliance Drive process improvements and internal controls Deliver insightful analysis to senior management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
What You Bring

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist Strong financial reporting and analysis skills Confident communicator with stakeholders Excel proficiency and attention to detail

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
