About you
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in financial leadership
- Working knowledge of IFRS & UK GAAP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools
- Develop and implement finance operations improvements
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor and ensure adherence to internal policies
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
