A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in financial management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
