We have an exciting opportunity for a Group FP&A Analyst to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Devonshire Square office in London. As our Group FP&A Analyst, you will support the FP&A function in providing insightful financial and commercial analysis to ensure that the Group can progress towards achieving its long-term objectives. You will assist in preparation of internal and external Group presentations, and the annual budget and long-term corporate plan.

• Working towards accountancy qualification, e.g. part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Able to process information accurately to strict deadlines
• Ability to follow up queries proactively
• Proven experience working within accounting or finance
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and particularly Excel is vital
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Strong mathematical and IT skills
• Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
• Good understanding of business
• Able to communicate to individuals at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative nature and ability to build relationships

Desirable...

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience in the housebuilding industry
• Experience using COINS or Anaplan
• Ability to explain technical financial information clearly to non-finance people

More about the Group FP&A Analyst role...

• Support with the production of budgets and forecasts to strict deadlines.
• Support with the preparation of presentations and own preparation of key supporting material at reporting periods and on an ad-hoc basis.
• First layer of review of regular weekly and monthly management information, including reporting of weekly sales and orderbook position to senior management.
• Understand and report the changes in Group key performance indicators, both financial and non-financial, to senior management.
• Ad-hoc generation and analysis of information to support key stakeholders.
