Group Head Chef
to oversee the smooth running of our
central kitchen
and
external event catering operations
across Birmingham.
From festivals and weddings to exclusive venue events, we're proud to deliver exciting, high-quality food experiences - and we need someone who can lead from the front.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the day-to-day operations of our central kitchen
Managing and supporting kitchen teams across multiple event sites
Ensuring consistency and quality across all menus and event offerings
Coordinating food production, prep, and logistics for multiple events
Managing stock, placing accurate food orders, and reducing waste
Working to food GP targets and maintaining cost controls
Upholding hygiene and food safety standards to the highest level
Collaborating with senior management to innovate and develop new menus
About You:
Proven experience as a
Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef
in
event catering
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
Confident in managing kitchen operations across multiple locations
Solid understanding of food costings, GPs, and portion control
Highly organised, reliable, and solutions-driven
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must hold a full UK driving licence
