Job Overview:
We are looking for a
Head Chef with Film & TV catering experience
to lead our kitchen team and ensure seamless service delivery.
Punctuality is non-negotiable
in this role--
delivering late is unacceptable and unheard of in our company.
You will oversee menu creation, food preparation, and service execution, ensuring that every meal is produced to the highest standard
while adhering to strict production schedules

Key Responsibilities:
Timely delivery of food to set is the top priority
--meal service must run precisely to schedule.
Create innovative menus
tailored to corporate, Film & TV productions, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Oversee
on-set catering logistics
, ensuring food arrives at the correct temperature and presentation is maintained.
Develop and refine recipes to enhance the
on-location catering experience
.
Work closely with
production teams
to understand catering needs and ensure service runs seamlessly.
Manage food inventory, stock control, and waste reduction
to maintain budgets effectively.
Ensure
strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
.
Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
, promoting a high-performance, disciplined work culture.
Stay updated on
industry trends and mobile catering advancements
to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in Film & TV catering, including on-set meal service and deliveries.
Strong understanding of
production schedules
and
meal timing logistics
.
Expertise in
high-volume food production and mobile catering operations
.
Exceptional time management skills
--being late is NOT an option in this role.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced environments.

Must have reliable transport

Minimum 1-year experience

Driving Licence required
