About the Role

As Group Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic leader behind marketing across all companies within the Olidor Group. You'll craft and execute distinct strategies tailored to each brand whilst also bringing cohesion to our group wide vision. This role combines big picture thinking with hands on delivery and leadership, giving you the opportunity to turn bold ideas into measurable success.

You'll define and evolve our brand strategies, elevate our storytelling and ensure our marketing touches every corner of our customer journey, from digital and content to ecommerce and employer branding.

Above all, you'll build, lead and energise a team of passionate marketers, creating a culture where talent thrives, ideas spark and innovative ideas are turned into real business results.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead with Vision

- Design and deliver powerful marketing strategies for each business in the Group, aligned to business strategy and growth goals.

Inspire High Performance

- Lead, mentor and develop exceptional marketing teams across the Group, cultivating creativity, agility and commercial edge.

- Own our digital and e-commerce strategies, optimising for ROI, engagement and scalable success.

- Oversee the creation of compelling content that brings our brand values to life and captures the hearts of our audiences.

What You Bring

A strong track record of senior leadership in marketing, ideally across multiple brands or business units. A strategic mindset with the commercial acumen to turn vision into tangible results. Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and e-commerce growth. Experience in building and leading high-performing, purpose-driven teams. A collaborative, people-first leadership style. Able to influence, inspire, and unite stakeholders at every level. A sharp analytical mind and a hands-on approach to turning data into action. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen deeply and communicate clearly. Organised and able to work effectively at pace. A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Salary:

From 70,000 + per annum (dependant on experience and skills) plus Company car/ allowance plus annual bonus and competitive benefits.

Working Arrangements:

hybrid working, 40 hours per week, 3 days per week at any of our sites across the Group and to 2 days working from home.

(Our sites are located in Evesham, North Yorkshire and Kent)
