We are seeking a highly skilled
Group HR and Systems Coordinator
to join and support our wider HR Department on atemporary basis (6-month contract).
This individual will be responsible for ensuring our employee data is maintained on our integrated HR system and working with the wider HR team providing support to the business. This position is vital for optimising operations and supporting the integration of digital processes while providing an effective service to our 700+ employees across the Group.Key duties of the Group HR and Systems Coordinator include:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare contracts, letters and HR documentation Administer and maintain our HRIS Generate reports and dashboards for leadership Provide system support and training to users Assist with audits, absence tracking and training coordination Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Experience in HR administration or a similar role Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Trustworthy, adaptable, and collaborative Knowledge of employment law and GDPR (desirable)
