About the Role
We're seeking a hands on and dynamic
Human Resources & Talent Manager
who will champion the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development, engagement, and retention. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring our people strategy is aligned with our growth plans and that recruitment excellence sits at the heart of how we scale.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment across RCG, partnering closely with line managers to define requirements, create compelling role briefs, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, using a mix of platforms, networks, and direct search strategies.
Manage job postings, oversee candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Champion an employer brand that attracts high-quality talent and reflects RCG's values and culture.
Employee Lifecycle & People Operations
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring each team member has a smooth and engaging experience from day one to exit.
Maintain accurate HR data across HRIS platforms (e.g., BreatheHR, Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo), ensuring compliance, reporting, and insights are up to date.
Prepare and issue offers, employment contracts, policy documents, and other HR-related materials.
Support payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Employee Experience & Development
Coach and support line managers to strengthen their leadership, communication, and people-management capability.
Monitor CPD and training activity, helping teams access development opportunities aligned with their roles and goals.
Support employee relations matters by advising on policies, procedures, and best practice, assisting with investigations where required.
Organise and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programmes, including communications, coordination, and ongoing participation management.
Drive HR reporting and data analysis, providing insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
Proven experience in an HR management or senior generalist role with substantial recruitment responsibility
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
High proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong digital literacy
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
Payroll experience although we use outsourced third party for payroll processing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
