The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our People team, based at our Head Office, Blackburn.
As our HR Operations Manager at Vital Energi, reporting to our People & HR Director, you will help deliver a comprehensive, generalist HR operational service across all departments, supporting the entire employee lifecycle.
You will lead a small HR team, where you'll work alongside passionate and talented professionals dedicated to driving people and organisational success. You will support the business to deliver people-related processes, vision, and strategy across the company. Your fundamental focus will be to manage and optimise all HR operational procedures, systems, and services, ensuring seamless execution and providing dependable support to employees and managers.
