We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage our technology operations from our Head Office in Fenstanton. What will you be doing for us?
Responsibility for the full IT function to ensure all systems run efficiently and with minimal business disruption
Drive automation initiatives across departments to reduce manual, repetitive processes
Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly
Administer and maintain Unifi network infrastructure across sites in Fenstanton, Glasgow, Armagh and Paderborn
Oversee 1st-line support via Freshservice, ensuring full ticket lifecycle and communication
Develop, maintain, and support data reporting using SQL databases, SSRS, Power BI, and Crystal Reports
Maintain and integrate SAP Business One with other systems including WMS (Koerber), BPA task centre, and routing software
Manage full-stack .NET development (Windows services, WPF desktop, ASP.NET MVC, and web APIs)
Maintain company server infrastructure including Azure, AVD, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
Oversee technical aspects of the company's WooCommerce website, liaising with the Marketing team
Manage and support other business-critical tools such as Connect365, Unifi CCTV, Yodeck, Asknicely, and Elogii
Lead hardware and software provisioning, IT budget tracking, and contractor compliance
Enhance security across IT infrastructure and monitor company Microsoft Secure Score
Promote Health & Safety compliance and uphold 5S standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as HR, Accounts, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing
Continuously improve IT policies, systems, and team performance

Proven experience leading IT operations with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Strong expertise in .NET development, SQL, Windows Server environments, and REST APIs
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and modern data analytics tools
A confident, self-driven attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement

Salary: Depending on experience, 65,000 - 70,000 per annum
Hours: 47.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 4.30pm
