Job Role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Anytime Fitness, you will work closely with the company director and regional manager and club teams to develop and implement engaging online campaigns, to boost brand visibility, attract new members, and keep our community of fitness enthusiasts connected and motivated.
The Digital Marketing Executive role will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving membership sales and promoting the values and services of our Anytime Fitness clubs.
You will manage all digital marketing efforts, including content creation on digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and Linked In. You will run and monitor our ad campaigns across the platforms to deliver potential new members to the clubs sales teams.
Reporting:
You will be reporting directly to the Groups Sales and Operations Director/Regional Manager.

As this is a diverse role you will find that you will be required to support and require the support of all departments. Key links must be maintained with the Group's growth strategy in order to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of all departments and then provide the marketing support to each gym.

While the exact responsibilities will vary, the main duties of the Group marketing executive can be summarised as follows:
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase the group gym membership and promote services.
Create engaging content for all digital marketing platforms, including social media posts, manage the marketing email.
Oversee the gym's group social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.), ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging and engaging content.
Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to generate leads and track ROI.
Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes and report results to management.
Maintain and update the gym's website and digital content, ensuring up-to-date information on services, promotions, and events.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement or differentiation.
Required knowledge & experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fitness industry, health & wellness, or a customer-focused environment.
A track record of online lead generation and/or increasing online sales.
Strong experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new and innovative marketing ideas.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to analyse data and adjust marketing strategies for better results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
