The Group Marketing Executive will support the rollout of TPFG's brand identity by developing marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations. Playing a key role in crafting compelling brand messaging, unique selling propositions (USPs), and storytelling for both internal and external audiences. Content creation is a vital part of this role, requiring the production of blog posts, white papers, case studies, or infographics per month and maintaining a social media content calendar.
The role also involves managing Canva approvals for franchise clients, ensuring all published materials adhere to brand guidelines. Additionally, the assistant will support communications efforts, including thought leadership articles, interview coordination, media monitoring, and internal newsletters.
In the digital marketing space, responsibilities include online reputation management and assisting with SEO strategies. The assistant will also support internal engagement and CSR initiatives, including franchisee communications and corporate social responsibility efforts
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Content Marketing
Assist in the rollout of TPFG's brand identity, including the development of marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations.
Support the creation of compelling brand messaging, USPs, and storytelling for internal and external audiences.
Develop and publish engaging content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and infographics
Create and manage a content calendar for social media, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand presence
Handle Canva approvals for franchise clients when submitting job requests ensuring on brand materials are being published digitally and in print.
2. Communications
Support the development of thought leadership articles and coordinate interview opportunities
Monitor media coverage and support external communication efforts.
Manage all internal communications for group departments, including monthly newsletters and ad-hoc business-related sends across the group.
Manage all inbound leads from franchise clients across our 13 brands in the network, coordinating resource and liaising with wider marketing team to execute jobs.
3. Digital Marketing
Monitor and enhance TPFG's online reputation through review management.
Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility of TPFG.
4. Internal Engagement & CSR Initiatives
Assist in creating and distributing the monthly internal newsletter to enhance franchisee and employee engagement.
Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Any ad hoc duties as required by senior management
5. Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience gained in a marketing role.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and storytelling.
Experience managing social media channels and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CRM strategies.
Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Canva, email marketing, and social media management platforms.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and suggest improvements.
