We are seeking an exceptional, experienced, and proactive Group Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy, performance, and brand delivery across the group and all current and future subsidiary brands.
Candidates must have strong experience with implementing, executing and managing Lead Generation Campaigns and CRM Automations management, in particular Meta Ads and Hubspot.
This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on and commercially-minded marketing professional who understands the pressures and pace of growing multiple brands within a start-up to scale-up environment.
You will be responsible for building and executing high-performing marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences, as well as managing a remote team of creatives and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver group-wide marketing strategies across all brands and new ventures under RJ Investments Group
Plan and execute launch campaigns for new business units and ventures
Define and monitor marketing KPIs, ROAS, CAC, and LTV across brands
Lead on full setup, integration, automation, and ongoing optimisation of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub
Implement lead scoring, nurture workflows, sales pipelines, and campaign performance tracking
Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Coordinate press releases and media outreach with external PR partners
Liaise with marketing departments of partners and sponsors to support collaborative marketing campaigns
Plan and manage pre-event and post-event marketing and promotion campaigns
Lead YouTube channel growth through high-quality production briefs, content calendars and team management
Maintain strong brand identity and messaging across all platforms and formats (print, digital, social, events)
Oversee the production of marketing assets, working with videographers, editors, graphic designers, and photographers
Manage event and campaign marketing including launches, summits, and webinars
Manage marketing freelancers, agencies, and junior assistants across multiple projects
Use Monday.com to track deliverables, timelines and budget performance
Support recruitment and onboarding of future in-house marketing hires
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years in a marketing leadership role, ideally across property, finance, or membership-based businesses
Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM (certifications highly desirable)
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, InDesign, and YouTube Studio
Confident setting and achieving commercial KPIs and paid media targets
Experience coordinating PR releases and collaborative marketing with strategic partners
Experience managing video production schedules and social-first content
Capable of managing and scaling remote teams and creative contributors
Able to pivot and manage multiple brands and overlapping priorities with calm and clarity
Outstanding written and visual communication skills
Meticulous with workflows, reporting, and project coordination using tools like Monday.com
