Cleveland Cable Company is the largest supplier of cables and cable accessories in the UK. Founded in 1978, we operate nine branches across the UK and Ireland supplying domestic and European markets. In 2016, we launched Dubai-based Cleveland Cable Trading FZCO to supply markets in the Middle East and Africa, taking our business truly global. Additionally, we own and operate Superlec Direct - an electrical wholesale, supplier, and retail e-commerce website and a leading local hospitality business.

Job Overview



Leading the marketing department , we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in shaping how Cleveland Cable Company and other Group Companies are perceived in the market, generating demand, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and website optimization. Manage the creation of marketing content: brochures, white papers, case studies, videos, and product guides. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and communications. Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and industry trends to inform strategy. Manage marketing budget, vendors, and third-party partnerships. Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing/management, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors. Proven track record of executing successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, META, TikTok, Mailchimp, SEMrush and Google Search Console) Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills. Experience in international marketing would be advantageous Experience in e-commerce Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. Manage a team with varied specialities within the marketing sector.
