The Bit on the Side

The Role

We're looking for a passionate and organised

Operations Manager

to oversee the day-to-day running of all three venues. You'll be supporting a strong and capable management team, helping to streamline operations and maintain our high standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support daily operations across all venues Work closely with on-site managers and teams Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage across shifts Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers Track and analyse performance, margins, and key figures Maintain standards of service, food quality, and customer experience Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations Lead by example during busy shifts and offer on-the-ground support as needed

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a similar multi-site management or senior hospitality role Strong organisational and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Financially savvy with experience managing stock, rotas, and budgets A natural team player and communicator Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in when it's busy
