Job Title:

Operations Manager - Children's Residential


Location:

Preston & North West


Salary:

60,000 per annum + 5,000 Welcome Bonus + Company Car or 330 monthly Car Allowance


Working Hours:

40 hours per week


Service:

Children's Homes


Service Users:

YPs with SEMH, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Complex Needs, Trauma, and ACEs


Qualifications Required:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Care Services


Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 5 years in children's residential care at management level

10 to 12 Multiple homes across the North West

Location:

Preston and the surrounding North West region

Ratio of staff to children:

Med to High staff-to-child ratio, tailored to individual needs

Operations Manager

to oversee multiple children's homes across Preston and the North West. You'll be a confident leader, able to inspire Home Managers and their teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care that meets and exceeds Ofsted standards. If you are an experienced multi-site manager or an exceptional Registered Manager ready for the next step, this could be the opportunity for you.
