Your Role
As Group Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Regions and Operations Teams to deliver the operational agenda and drive business performance. You will help the business achieve the highest level of patient care and service while supporting efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability across the group.
You'll work closely with practice management teams to implement initiatives that drive performance, strengthen operational consistency, and support the company's strategic goals, values, and reputation within local communities.
Other duties include:
Working with Practice Managers and their teams to identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and drive continuous improvement
Supporting delivery of the group's budgetary and performance objectives, ensuring KPIs and profitability targets are met
Overseeing practice inspection readiness and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and company standards
Monitoring practice profitability, surgery utilisation, and resource planning
Supporting the development and engagement of practice teams to foster a positive and high-performing culture
Driving consistency across the business through implementation of company standards and best practice
Ensuring all practices adhere to Health & Safety, GDPR, and Cross Infection & Decontamination compliance requirements
Building effective relationships with practice teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
Championing local marketing campaigns and internal referral processes to increase practice revenues
Supporting training and professional development initiatives, ensuring operational teams are skilled, motivated, and aligned with company objectives
About You
Relevant experience in a similar operational or business management role is essential
Experience working within a multi-site environment is highly desirable
Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive performance and business improvement
Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
Demonstrable communication skills, both verbal and written
Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with Software of Excellence is an advantage
A self-starter with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across regions
