Someone with fantastic administrative and coordinating skills, along with excellent communication, and some knowledge of the veterinary sector would be an advantage for this role.

What you'll be doing:
Provide support with general day to day queries for our practices/businesses
Initiate communications to practices/businesses through both written and verbal channels
Support the wider field-based Operations teams and other VetPartners central functions
Coordinate various ad hoc project work within agreed timelines
Collating data and updating of spreadsheets for accurate tracking
Attend meetings, provide minute taking where needed and follow up action point deadlines
You will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Experience of project work/management an advantage
An understanding of veterinary services an advantage
Must be a team player
Approachable, pro-active, and driven
Proven ability in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Strong emotional intelligence
Confident communicator at all levels
Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-changing reactive environment
Willingness to 'muck in'
Prioritising important tasks, amongst a varied workload, will be key to the role

Based out our York Central Office with some degree of flexibility of hybrid working from home.
Mon - Fri
37.5 hours per week
Salary 24K
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
