We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Group Payroll Manager.
MAIN DUTIES
Payroll/HR
Accurate capture of employee departments and cost centre and nominal link management.
Weekly and Monthly Holiday Calendar and entitlement management/recording and reporting to GFD of any issues
Weekly & Monthly payroll runs.
Distribution of employee payslips and detail where necessary.
Pension management
Governing body report submissions
Third party reporting and payments
Issue weekly paid and driver employment contracts and WTD opt-out forms - chase through to signing
Ensuring compliance with relevant pay and employment regulations, including awareness of upcoming legislative changes
Ad-hoc HR tasks
Other duties
Payroll balance sheet reconciliations
Pension
PAYE
Net Wages
Fob Deposit
Attachment of Earnings
Payroll Loans
Payroll Expense Reclaims
Employee Personnel file maintenance
Efficient management of electronic and paper based filing systems.
Ensure correct certification is held on employment files
Update Training Matrix for all staff
Access Control Management
Fob distribution and returns
Reconciliation to active employees and fob deposit in accounts
Employee hours reporting
Distribution of employee hours reports to various business sectors for labour reporting
Time & Attendance Management
Exception reporting with Factory managers to ensure accuracy of employee hours.
Maintain and manage shift patterns.
Accounts team holiday cover
General administrative duties, including answering phones and dealing with queries.
