product, sales, marketing and relationships
to help us scale impact and adoption.
The Role
As
Group Product Lead,
you'll work closely with the CPO to represent and champion Pro-AT Group's products, acting as the lead for product demos, presentations, and external engagement across the Pro-AT Group portfolio. Alongside this, you'll support product adoption, build strong relationships and contribute to commercial opportunities, while feeding insight and feedback back into product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise & Enablement
Develop a deep understanding of Pro-AT Group products and how they are used in real-world contexts
Deliver product demos to universities, partners and stakeholders
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for product-related discussions
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product direction
Assistive Technology & Sector Knowledge
Apply existing knowledge of assistive technology and inclusive practice
Work confidently within key sectors such as:
- Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA)
- Universities and further education
- Public sector and training providers
- Stay informed on sector developments, funding models and emerging needs
Relationships & Representation
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, assessors & institutions.
Attend meetings, conferences and events in the UK and internationally
Represent Pro-AT Group professionally and authentically
Commercial & Growth Support
Support sales conversations with strong product knowledge
Maintain basic CRM records and pipeline information (training provided if needed)
Identify opportunities such as pilots, partnerships and tenders
Contribute to tender responses with product insight and sector context
Marketing & Outreach
Create email campaigns and product communications
Help shape messaging based on sector needs
Travel & Working Style
Fully remote role with flexible working hours
Some travel may be required (including international travel)
Comfortable attending events, meetings and conferences, including overnight stays when needed
Able to balance independent remote work with regular external engagement
Ideally, you will have:
A strong understanding of assistive technology and inclusive practice
Knowledge of the DSA landscape, higher education or related sectors
Experience explaining or demonstrating products to others
Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
N.B. You don't need to be an expert in sales or CRM
, but you must be willing to learn and engage with commercial processes.
