Job Summary:



We are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist who will lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding efforts across our hotels and head office. You'll be both strategic and hands-on--sourcing talent, creating engaging content, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring every new joiner has a great experience from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition



Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hotel and corporate roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and candidate profiles. Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media to attract top talent.

Employer Branding



Design and execute creative recruitment marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing department. Write and share employee spotlights, career stories, and team culture content across channels. Maintain and update the company's careers page to reflect our evolving brand. Monitor campaign engagement and adapt based on performance metrics.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience



Design structured onboarding journeys for all functions and levels. Coordinate pre-joining engagement to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Work cross-functionally to ensure Day 1 readiness and integration into the team. Gather feedback from new joiners to continuously improve onboarding.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement



Track key metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience. Analyze trends to improve recruitment and onboarding processes. Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Director and Leadership Team.

What You'll Bring



3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or fast-paced service industries. Strong sourcing skills and comfort using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Experience building employer brand content and managing social media presence. Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease. A passion for creating great candidate and employee experiences.

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
