We're hiring a Group Revenue Team Manager to join our Finance team in London, Jersey, or Guernsey. You'll lead a team of 15 across 7 offices, managing WIP and billing, and working closely with Credit Control on outstanding invoices.

Key responsibilities:

Improve revenue processes and systems Lead change initiatives and maintain process documentation Manage and develop team members Oversee billing software and training Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate, timely billing Reduce WIP and debt with Revenue Controller and Credit Control Track timesheets and support timely time recording Manage the e-billing team and ensure compliance

Requirements:

5+ years in a senior law firm revenue management role Experience with 3E, E-BillingHub, &Microsoft Office Strong communication skills and attention to detail
