We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, management, and leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, as well as proficiency in Salesforce for effective sales management.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and foster a high-achieving culture. Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on best practices, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a management role within a B2B sales environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
