Talentful has built a global team across Europe and the US, all bound together by the mission of helping every company we partner with grow to its highest potential.

We have huge plans over the next few years as we continue to build the world's best talent consultancy, and hope you'll be inspired to join us in inventing a better future for recruitment.

The Role:

We're looking for a bright and creative Social Media Manager to re-design how we create content for our group of companies, Talentful, HIGHER, and Talentverse. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing and working closely with our freelance Production team and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the activation of campaigns through our social channels.

You'll be doing these things:

Develop, lead, and execute group-level high-quality creative, and compelling social media strategies, including influencer strategies, that drive action and seed familiarity with our audiences. You'll also develop social strategies for our Executive leadership team, focusing on building their personal brands on the world stage. Work collaboratively with our in-house marketing team to deliver the highest quality content designed to engage and educate our audience, including a monthly LinkedIn Newsletter. Ensure each brand's tone of voice is adhered to and that feedback on key engagement metrics is given to ensure we're continuously improving and developing. Be in the data and willing to update your strategy based on what's working. You'll be consistently optimizing, and sharing your learnings with the team. You'll work with the Head of Marketing to ensure the right targets and KPIs are in place and use analytics tools to track key metrics and derive insights. Champion a culture of planning and using a deep understanding of our audiences to drive optimal distribution so we have the best possible chance of connecting with people. HIGHER is a community, so there is an element of community management. Drive engagement with our social accounts internally and create a culture that drives advocacy. Work with the Content Manager to create and distribute our podcast "Hiring on all Cylinders" on a bi-weekly basis.

We'd love to chat with you if you...

Have a deep understanding of relevant platforms and how to harness trends, innovation, and best practices to drive brand awareness. Excellent written and verbal communication with a high attention to detail and confidence in interacting cross-functionally. An ability to tell a story, explore different angles, and create content that resonates with our target audience. Organized and able to balance differing priorities to deliver on time and to the best of your ability. Able to work independently within a small team, but collaborate as a proactive team member who is constantly asking questions and looking for ways to improve current activities. Data-driven with the ability to harness analytical skills to continuously improve and optimize.
