The role
Own the day-to-day management of our social channels, working with our channel teams and the corporate centre to delivering market leading programmes. Seek opportunities to build and engage our audiences while working with our business units, content team and creative services to develop best in class social creative.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience managing social media channels in-house or at an agency
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry would be a bonus, but not essential
Strong knowledge of our primary platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X, staying up to date with social innovations and leveraging them to create impactful campaigns
Experience managing external agencies and creative partners to deliver great work at pace
Organised, analytical and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise and influence at all levels
Experience of growing brand audiences and driving those audiences through the funnel from awareness to consideration across social channels
